When you make the order, if the product is not out of stock, our main goal is to make the shipments within 2 working days maximum. In the event that your order has already been dispatched, you will need to refer to the refund & return policy which gives you 14 days to return the unopened goods for a full refund, excluding return postage charges.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched you must send a written notice of cancellation by email to support@testogen.com. Providing your order number , full name & email address used when you placed the order.
Upon receipt of your cancellation request we will cancel your order with immediate effect and issue a full refund providing the order has not yet been dispatched.
Your refund may take 3-5 working days to reach your account.
Please note, we cannot guarantee that your request will be actioned prior to your order being dispatched. Our customer service team aims to respond to all queries within 2-3 working days.
